1. ...an open therapist who will listen to your needs and respect you and any issue you have.

2. ...a relaxing, calm environment created specifically to help you enjoy your massage time.

3. ...proper privacy. Your paperwork with your medical info, the words you speak and your modesty will always be protected.

4. ...clean linens, a clean therapist, clean and available bathroom facilities and fresh water.

5. ...know not only fees for services before your massage but, also, specials and discounts that may apply to you and any additional billing that may occur before hand.

6. ...to know what products are being used on your body, skin and in the air.

7. ...prompt service. If the therapist is late for any reason, I promise, I will make it up to you!

8. ...stop a massage or alter your service as you see fit at anytime.

9. ...a full disclosure of what a service available is all about.

10. ...additional knowledge. Any question you have should have an answer and if the answer is 'I don't know', then you should be able to recieve an answer after some research.
